Solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-500/17.
La Corte recuerda que la verificación del cumplimiento a las órdenes de tutela y/o la tramitación del respectivo incidente de desacato a que hubiera lugar, son del resorte de la autoridad judicial que funja como primera instancia.
En virtud de lo anterior, se ordena remitir la petición formulada en el presente caso a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, para que proceda de inmediato a impartirle el trámite pertinente.

- RESUELVE:
- Por Secretaria, REMITASE la solicitud formulada por el ciudadano IVAN DARIO GUTIERREZ ROJAS al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, Sala Penal, para que, como juez de unica instancia de la sentencia T-500 de 2017, proceda de inmediato a impartirle el tramite pertinente, de acuerdo con lo senalado en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
